Shipping policy

Processing

For products shipped from the reNOUNed warehouse, processing takes 5-6 business days and shipping takes up to 2-6 business days depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. We try our best to get reNOUNed to your doorstep as fast as we can.

Overnight Shipping Option

For the overnight shipping option, your order will be processed same day as long as you place your order before 12:00PM CST. After 12:00PM CST, your order will be processed the next day.

Late Order or Order Never Arrived

Check your email for a tracking number. If it looks like your order is lost(or if you can’t find a tracking number), send us an email and we'll take a look. hello@playrenouned.com

Upgrading Shipping Speed

We're currently unable to upgrade shipping speed once an order has been placed.
